Can anyone recommend a wheat free cookbook? My sister has recently been diagnosed with a wheat allergy (but not gluten) and I'd like to get her a cookbook for Christmas.
TIA.

I don't know about a wheat free cookbook, but I do have a gluten-free cookbook, which of course is also wheat-free, that I like. It is called "Nearly Normal Cooking for Gluten Free Eating"...by Jules Shepherd. If you google it you will find her website...

I have an awesome one that is more of a baking book, and it is gluten free. It's called Gluten-Free French Desserts and Baked Goods by Valerie Cupillard. I've tried many recipes out of it, and most of them have been good. Some of them have been drool running down your face good - especially the Strawberry Tart over Almond Biscuit!
