Any advice for just beginning?

I am an ex-vegetarian and I still eat mostly veggie, whole grains, with small amounts of poultry/fish, and bone broths. I can make some killer soups! Where do I go from here to explore TF? Sprouting grains? I need help making my own breads. I have learned that I do best making small changes a little at a time. I am so not ready for organ meats or anything like that. I don't know that I ever will be. I know many of you love liver, but to me I just know it as the sponge for all of the body's toxins. I can't get past that. I believe that I will always stick to a mostly veggie diet but I definately think that my family and I can benefit from many TF concepts, dairy, grains and meat. Thank you smart mommas!

I think Gale Force's site explains some simple things that can be done in a TF way like soaking grains and legumes.

Also, making fermented vegetables (sauerkraut or pickles), or kefir (water or dairy) or kombucha is definitely beneficial.

Consider adding quality saturated fat like grassfed butter or virgin coconut oil. (A lot of us get it from MRH and support MDC.)

As far as the liver goes, most people don't *love* it but you get so much out of it that it ends up being worth doing. My supply goes way up every time I eat liver and I feel better in every way.

Enjoy!

I just started by buying raw milk and adding CLO before I ever soaked, sprouted, or made anything. Go slow and easy so that you do not get overwhelmed and go broke the first month.
