Liver and more...
Hi All...
I've been taking about 1/2 of liver on average 5 days a week. I used to cut it up into "pills" and swallow, but nowdays I've just been adding it (frozen) to my daily smoothie and I cannot taste it at all. It just makes things faster.

I drink a raw egg drink Mon-Fri (Sat. and Sun. we have more fun and epicurean breakfasts!). Some of you will think this sounds gross, but here it goes...
3 raw eggs
2 T. Coconut Oil
2 T. organic butter (raw if I have it)
Cinnamon
1 T. Molasses (good for minerals and sweetness)
2 t. bee pollen granules
1 t. Azomite
1 t. Acerola (blends in well, can't taste the tartness)
1/2 ounce raw, frozen, pasture raised beef liver
about 1 Cup hot water
Put it all in the Vitamix and blend on High for at least one minute. You end
up with a warm "egg-nog" type drink that gets you a huge amount of superfoods, friendly fats, and proteins quickly. It doesn't taste bad (I've actually come to like it), although I will admit that the smoothie I make for my girls tastes a lot better.

Theirs is:
Raw milk
Homemade yogurt
Raw honey
Banana (1/2 per girl)
Acerola Powder (1/2 t. per girl)
1 egg for each girl
1 T. Coconut Oil for each girl
Bee pollen granules
A tiny bit of molasses
Azomite powder (1/2 t. per girl)
Frozen berries
Just blend and serve. We serve it with gluten free toast and lots of butter. I can hide a lot of superfoods in here and they've been having far fewer illnesses since serving this every weekday.
I also do homemade yogurt every day for myself, raw milk, a quart of either nettle or RRL infusion (with a few drops of kelp and dandelion tincture thrown in), butter oil and CLO with dinner for everyone. Sometimes I do a non-tradtional supplement like CalMax (powdered Calc/Mag) in some tea at night to help with sleep.
I am 33.5 weeks along with #4 and feeling pretty good this time!
