Breastfeeding after breast reduction?

OK, I haven't been around for awhile and I apologize greatly. We moved back to states, etc. It has just been a trip. DS weaned in July(right before his 2nd b-day) and I had a breast reduction(for back and shoulder pain/numbness) October 26th.
I found out last week that my HCG levels were"elevated" before going in for a seroma removal Sooooo. I haven't taken my pregnancy test yet(tomorrow morning) TOM is due 11/28 so I am waiting until then.
I am wondering if it will be possible and feasible to breastfeed if I am pregnant since it is so soon after the breast reduction? It won't even be a full year after the reduction if I am pregnant now??

Sorry, if this is rambling, I think I just put getting pregnant on the back burner for now and this is a big shock now:

I would certainly give it a try. Even a partial supply is priceless.

Here is a similar thread I just responded to. I included lots of links to BFAR resources.
