I just picked up 3 shower curtains from a Freecycle post - they all look like Twister mats, with brightly colored circles. And they are all in really good condition except one small hole on the edge of one of them. I want to USE THEM for something fun, but what?? I won't hang them in the bathtub, that's too boring. I thought about using them for a beanbag toss, but I can't come up with anything else exciting.

I actually made big mats like that for math/number games for my early elementary school classes. I painted numbers on the circles. on cards I pu a number of dots. The kids would have to match the card to the number it represented. It was a fun game.

Awesome. I love Freecycle. Unfortunately in my area tons of people email that they want my stuff, but they never come to get it.
I like the bean bag idea. Maybe a modified version of twister might be fun. Good for teaching colors and right and left if they are pre-k or k aged. If they are plastic it might make a good suction dart gun target. If you are really crafty then maybe you could cut them up and make some clown clothes out of them. Just like the curtains in Sound of Music.
