:Now that the contractions are starting to hurt a little, I went looking for the tylenol a while ago. I figured if I could get a little relief from it while I can, then I could buy myself just a tad more "slightly uncomfortable" time. But noooo, we're out of tylenol.
So over an hour ago, I asked my hubby if he'd go around the corner to the store and grab a bottle before they closed for the night. I got this "But you can't take that now!" crock of crap, followed by "You're having contractions for a reason, just let it be." I just about smacked him
:Ok, granted he's having a prolonged hives reaction to a food allergy from Thanksgiving dinner, and drugged up on benadryl and sleepy, you'd THINK he'd get the frickin' hint---I don't send him out to get stuff for no reason! I'd have gone to get it myself, but just walking across the house hurts, I didn't want to chance it on the sidewalk...
I have a pretty good pain tolerance, but this is getting to the point where it's hard to ignore, all I wanted was to stave it off for a little while longer before trying to was pointless. You know, keep myself comfortable as long as possible and save the energy for pain tolerance when I REALLY need it in due time.
Unless my mom can grab some tonight before the stores close after she gets out of work, I'm sending his butt to the store first thing in the morning, even if it IS a vain attempt then----Going from simple pressure to more or less borderline moderate pain in 11 hours (as of right now), I see myself being in for a world of hurt tomorrow morning.
Anybody else have any hubby gripes they'd like to vent? I can't be the only one ticked at my husband
