oh! I've had this happen before! I don't even remember if I was able to get it out... If I did it probably wasn't a very natural method. Probably Dawn dishsoap to get the oils out or something. :

I hope you find something that works!

This is what worked for me.

I put the item in the freezer overnight and then gently scraped off the larger globs of sap with a knife. Then I used rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball or old toothbrush to remove the rest. Be sure to check it in an inconspicious area that the rubbing alcohol will not discolor it.

Sap is a pain! I've used Goo Gone to get it out but I don't know what's in that stuff.

i was getting ready to put a patch over it and call 'em a "new" pair of pants
