From all my reading I'm pretty sure that eating things very cold -- like dairy products, cold water, almost anything cold -- isn't that good for us.
What do you think? My toddlers definitely prefer their milk warm, but my oldest can't stand it warm. I prefer it cold and it seems like warm actually makes me feel sick to my stomach.
I've been thinking about letting the yogurt sit on the counter during the day, since the girls eat so much of it.....I'm not worried about germs so much, just it would be ANOTHER thing to add to the routine.
