Whats going on

Hi there
I had a scan to day and expected too much. The scan could not see anything although they think it is too early. I think I am 4 weeks and 5 days. They saw a corpus leutum at 28mm, not that this means anything to me and my lining was thickened. They did say it was normal and at this stage rarely saw anything before 5 weeks. Then they phone me and said my bloods were inconclusive. There was definately no eptopic which is great but the levels were only a starting point and they would re test on Saturday. I am so confused. Do they mean that I am not pregnant even with a positive HPT and a hospital one was +. I guess I will have to wait for Saturday, which is a real pain and I am once again doubting my pg at all. I was so happy last week now it all seems to be falling apart.:

Sorry but let me run this by you all. I am seriously obsessing.

I did a very early hpt on Friday last week which had a sensitivity of 10 with an early mornign sample, this was very faintly positive. I was (12dpo)With implantation on day 9 i suspect. Then I have done another one now, with a less sensitive one that picks up 25 but with an afternoon POAS where I have not had it in me for 4 hours(sorry rather graphic) if you get what I mean and that had a very faint positive so can I assume that my levels are increasing.

Yes I would think that your levels are increasing:. But the only true way to tell is to use multiple tests from the same brand and batch. They should have much less variation. I have been obsessing the same way. I took a test yesterday (even though I really do feel pregnant) just to see the 2 lines. I had pee in me for less than 1hr and in less than 1 min I began to see a line, it felt sooo good!:

I did this too! Clare, hang in there. Give it a couple more days, and things are going to start feeling a lot more stable.

It is too early to see anything at this point. Why did you have an ultrasound?

Firstly they thought I may have eptopic cos I had lots of pain in the ovaries, seems like the side it comes from is the same side as the corpus luteum devolpment and they though I may be further on is 5-6 weeks. I did a test last night with Clearblue Digital, (went to the top brand) as I realise the other stick was a non branded cheepie which was unregistered anywhere(got from Walmart)on the internet. Anyway I had 4 hours worth and it came up with pregnant in less than an min, so I am feeling a little happier now. Blood tests tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed. Still obsessing though, but I am so glad I am not the only one.
