Really basic question: how to calculate DPO

ok this always throws me so please help me out even thought it might be a classically dumb question....

I think I ovulated last Friday. That was Cycle Day 13.

So, does Cycle Day 14 = 1DPO or is it 2DPO? It's 1, because it's day past, and day of doesn't count, right?

Today is Cycle Day 20. Am I 7DPO or 8DPO?

Hi Julie!

I like that we can now be MDC friends as well as "real world" friends!

For dpo, you count day one as the day AFTER ovulation. So, if you O'd on Friday, then Saturday would be 1dpo.

Also, I saw your other post and I wanted to tell you that my boobs actually got much less sore this (pregnant) cycle than they had been in some non-pregnant cycles. So, don't let it drive you crazy. (Easier said than done, I know... )
