Hello!
I have two children, a DD 3.5 months and a DS 2.5 years. My DS LOVED the sling... he rode in it almost constantly until he was almost 2 years old (and now still likes us to occasionally carry him around in it). It really stopped when I got so HUGE with my little girl and I couldn't get the sling around both my body and his. LOL
My DD, on the other hand, absolutely HATES it! She screams and cries and stops immediately when we take her out of it. She does, however, like the infantino (the "front loader" as I like to call it) but my problem with that is she often goes to sleep while in it and then her poor head is just hanging down and bobbing all over the place.
Any suggestions? I personally like the sling better because I can nurse her discreetly and it is a lot easier to get her in and out of. I can't do that if she doesn't like it. Should I just put it away for a few weeks and try again? If so, what would you suggest about her head bobbing when sleeping?
TIA - I appreciate any and all input!
