What's funny is, I had NO back labor with my OP-born baby (my second baby). It's almost too bad, because we could have tried to encourage him to rotate. But really, other then the 90 minutes of pushing (and thinking I was cursed with long second stages), it wasn't bad.
With my third baby, I had a little bit of pain in my back, but that was it.
