When to stop taking herbs?

Due to low supply issues with my DS, I started a number of herbs (fenugreek, blessed thistle, alfalfa and then mother's milk special blend tincture) when my DD was born. I started taking some of these at 3 days PP and others a week later. I had her weight checked and now, at 4 weeks she is gaining fine. Should I keep taking the herbs or can I stop? TIA!

Personally, I wouldn't stop. I know it can cost $$$, but when I stopped my supply decreased overnight. Once I restarted the herbs (immediately) it took twice as long for my supply to respond.

Some women can stop and some can go on a lower maintenance dose and others have to keep taking the herbs, but you never know which one you'll be.

I'm erring on the side of caution myself.
