Is Domperidone thought to be safe to take while also taking an antibiotic (specifically Cephalexin)?

I know he prescribes Dom in Canada so he'd be able to answer that. Also make sure you do something to prevent thrush if you're taking antibiotics. Wish I would have known that!!!

hmmmmm... I don't know, but I do know that there are some antibiotics and anti-yeasts that interact with domperidone. SarahLi has a great idea. You could also call a pharmacist and ask her/him to check for you.
