I've always heard about how different siblings are from each other, so I was expecting Caitlin's newborn behavior to be so different from what Emily's was. However, I am continually marveling at how similar they are. They nurse the same way--long and slow and relaxed--both would nurse all day long if they could. I was expecting a barracuda baby or something this time around! They are both cuddle bugs too--cannot sleep or settle themselves unless touching me or DH. They do look different, though. Caitlin is dark like me, while Emily is more fair like DH. Its so fun seeing how these little people unfold before our eyes, isn't it?

Since the first 6 weeks of DD's life passed in a haze of tears & frustration, I'm finding it hard to compare. Both are power nursers though, but aside from that everything seems different.
