Anyone know of a good website/page that could provide useful information for a mom planning on helping a friend with her labor & birth?
My friend is the one who'll be helping out, kind of as a lay doula. She's kept in good touch with her friend throughout the pregnancy (they live in different cities), and is an excellent listener, and just last year had a beautiful, successful vbac. Are there any websites that could sort of remind her of what makes for a good labor companion?
