Breastfeeding Funny!!!

My kids' dolls have long since gone because they weren't really well cared for or played with anymore, so my 6 year old decided to get creative.

He made a "robot" today at school and tonight he breastfed his robot in the kitchen while I was feeding the baby and making pancakes. I took some pictures. TOO cute!

Then he's in the shower just now yelling, "I MADE MILK!! I MADE MILK!! I MADE MILK!!"

That is absolutely precious and hysterically funny. I think you should be very proud of him.

I am proud because he was THE baby and I worried. But he's come through really well just by mimicking and nurturing and helping and bragging about Lach. BIG sigh of relief!!!

Reminds me of a picture in Mothering of a little boy nursing a toy truck...

Dylan has been walking around with his "baby squirrel" stuffed in the neck of his shirt, telling me that he has a baby in his sling. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery!

DD nurses her babies a lot, but she thinks she needs to take her shirt off (and she didn't learn that from me)!
