i was away for 3 seconds putting clothes in the dryer about 5 feet from where my 7 mo was playing. she had time to poop and eat it! gross :Puke

i wiped her mouth out. should i be worried about anything ?

you more than likely have nothing to worry about, it's just more gross than anything else. just think of it as an immune boosting experience and she gets to digest anything she didn't get the first time.... :LOL sorry i have a sick sence of humor
