I cook for a living. The other day one of the cooks at work was talking to a customer who had a particular dish that consists of a steak and polenta. The cook said "oh, what did you have for dinner?" and she said "the new york strip" and he said "did you enjoy the placenta?" when she gave him a blank look he said "did you eat all your placenta?" 
She was horrified and walked right out the door. DH (who is the boss of said restaurant) has formally forbid him from talking to ANYMORE customers.
Yeah... he is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
