Update on my PETA call

I finally heard back via email from the woman at PETA. She encouraged me to file a complaint w/ the USDA. Also to write to the mayor, chamber of commerce and anyone in a position of influence, as well as local papers.

She gave this website: http://www.wildlifepimps.com/ as well. There are some very sad animals on that site though... just a warning if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

I've got some work ahead of me... writing letters and finding info on where to send. Has anyone written letters like this before? Any tips?

Thanks for all your support on this... I am haunted by one of the donkeys at Deer Forest... I keep thinking of those big brown eyes pleading w/ me to help, and it motivates me.

Thank you for speaking up for the animals! You're doing the right thing. It makes me so sad to see animals poorly cared for, especially if someone is making a profit from them and not giving a $(^# about them. You're brave!
