Is there any nameless babies still? - Page 2

I think we just came up with one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are super picky (who isn't?) and DH has been driving me crazy with his absurd suggestions (like Anna Purna or Naga Parget . . . after mountains . . . COME ON!). Anyway, in one of his random name-suggestion sessions, he mentioned one we actually both like . . . it has a good meaning and not a lot of nicknames! And it's in the 300's on the name list! So yipppee, I hope it really is IT!

No name here.
*sigh*
everyone thinks we're just lying to them because we don't want to tell....but no..we really have NO CLUE.

I get the feeling that some people think that about us, too
Well, we did keep the name to ourselves for dd, so I can understand their thinking (although they didn't know we had already chosen it). We just didn't want to hear any negative comments about it when we loved it so much.

My baby boy is still w/o a name! Nothing sounds good, either.

I hope something magically occurs to us when we meet him. Sheesh.

I'm due in a few weeks and still have no name picked out. We do have a list though, but nothing that we *love*.

Our baby girl is nameless also. I am not due until the end of Jan, so we still have a while.

DH and I each have a name we really like, but don't like each others.

We jokingly called this baby "Q" at about 12 weeks (Q for quatro - #4) and it has stuck, so our girls are convinced we are going to just name her Q

Don't know if this is a boy or a girl; due in a month, and nameless.

DH has a girl name he loves and I have a girl name I love, and neither of us are willing to give on this, so I hope to heck this is a boy :

We have not a single boy name picked out. I have a running list of ones I like, but DH doesn't like any of them.

I posted about this a little while ago; I'm starting to stress :

Yep, I'm stressing too on our nameless one coming in early January. I've got some girl names picked out, which I love and my DH hasn't said yes or no to, and for boy names I've got a few which are ok but nothing has really hit either of us yet, YIKES!!

Anyone know any great Eastern European boy names?

I wish! We have ideas, but that is it.

Yup, I think my son is going to be "Baby-Boy K." forever. Everytime I think I like a name enough that I tell someone, I immediately start to hate it.
*sigh* i have a ton of names that i like.. but none feel just right yet. its frustrating but i know a name will come.. when its time!
Yeah, my baby is nameless, too. I get so sick of ppl asking if I have a name picked out... and then when I say no they proceed to either a) come up with really lame names that are totally not me or b) say "why don't you name yr kid ______" [insert wacko name].

I'm not getting much help here!
Yes I totally HATE it when people do the "Why don't you name it _____" and it's always names I don't like.

Like last time, we agreed to pick the name before we know the gender because we want a gender-free name. And once the baby is born, it's difficult to not know the gender. I lasted 30 minutes last time. My husband didn't look for about 8 hours I think.

Anyway, I have the perfect name. I love it. Love it. But my husband says absolutely not. No way. Won't consider it, so I should forget it. Being as stubborn as I am, I can't give up on it. I have come up with another name that I am so-so about, and he feels the same way. I don't want to name my baby a name we are so-so about. I ask him to come up with names. He has only come up with a variation of another name I came up with that he said no to. And I don't like his variation.

Sigh. I wish we could agree. I am due on the 1st, so I feel like it could be any day now.

No name here either. We don't know the gender so we have TWO names we need. I think we have a girl name but not a boy name AT ALL!!

Anyone have any good name sites to suggest?? I need to at least start thinking of this . . . .

This one is fun - it randomly comes up with names, including middle names.

This one
is cool because it gives a ton of info about the name, including the popularity of it over the years.

We have a boy name, but no girl one. This is what happened with dd2 so she didn't have a name for a week and a half.

Count me in...

We're nameless too. Nothing for a boy, nadda for a girl. I guess I kind of just want to see what the baby looks like, first. Well, that's my excuse, and I'm sticking with it.
