We have a wall in our living room that has some water damage. I'm not sure where it's happening exactly. It's near the fireplace, but the flashing around there is fine, so I don't think that's where it's happening. The walls actually get wet when it rains a lot and it bubbles up under the paint. I know we need to get this fixed NOW, b/c I'm sure it's a breeding ground for molds/mildews. I'm so afraid of how much it's going to cost and how extensive it's going to be. Just wondering if anyone has had to deal with this and how bad it was?
