Infant routine Circumcision I made that one like.... last summer and posted it to the smilie request thread. I don't recall anyone saying that it shouls be RIC instead of IRC. I picked IRC because I too thought RIC was related to Religious Infant Circ and I didn't want any others who associated that to feel offended.
