I will never vaccinate under any circumstances thread - Page 2

I would never ever vaccinate no matter what.. My sister and i werent vaccinated, back in the 70's, we survived just fine. We didnt vaccinate either of our kids. I would leave the country if 'they' ever tried to make us. :

Never!

Not even small pox.

Dr. Buchwald was a doctor in a hospital that treated small pox patients. He says that those who were vaccinated more than once with small pox vaccine all died. Every single patient that was small pox vax free lived. Although the later had much worse cases overall.

I cannot think of a circumstance that I would allow my children to be vaccinated (or myself for that matter)

Regarding smallpox:

George Washington had smallpox. He acquired it during a trip to the Carribean while on holiday with his older brother, Lawrence, his one and only trip out of the contiguous Colonies. His skin was scarred and pock-marked from it. This very fact enabled him during the Revolutionary War to withstand epidemic after epidemic and remain healthy as the General of the Revolutionary forces; so one can make the case that a natural acquiring of lifelong immunity to a dread disease helped us to win our Independence. We need to be sure we never lose view of that fact and others.

Specifically it is the Emergency Heath Powers Act Section 603 that can be enforced under the patriot act.

Thank you.

I am sure this is true of many other countries. If you look at the dollar bill, the picture of George Washington is very unflattering. The portrait maker did not like George's attitude during the sitting, so he painted all of the pock marks on his face; the portrait maker was drunk, and George did not like his joking around. So we all have a record of his small pox case.

BTW, nowadays with the miracle of plastic surgery, a case of small pox with the telltale scars would not be too hard to take care of.

Interesting, I didn't know that.

Another "over my dead body" here.

Never.

No way.

No how.

Not gonna happen.

Anyone coming at me or family with a crap-filled syringe will be treated as attempting assault.

If we were to be hit with a bio terror attack, you still wouldnt vaccinate.

If the law were to mandate vaccinations, you wouldnt vaccinate.

I'm very interested in the vaccines are just a bad idea and our bodies can handle disease without them theories

(please no debates...just input )
The vaccine debate isn't simply about toxins. Serotype conversion has demonstrated this. I guess it would depend on the disease.

I will not allow another vax to come near any of my children ever again, let alone be injected into them.

Over my dead body, and I really mean that. Won't happen on my watch, thats for damn sure.

I would never vaccinate. To be honest, I have never thought of a situation where the redcross showed up and told us we had to vaccinate before so thanks for getting me to think about it. If it was that serious..I don't think the vaccines would even have time to work.

I'm not all that worried about being forced to vaccinate. It seems some on this board are. I just don't see the whole "vaccinate or jail" thing happening. I am pretty easy going though.

nak-

choice of quarantine or vax happened last year pertaining to measles. True it wasn't "vax or be jailed" but I'm sure that will be invoked for an outbreak at some point in the nearish future. :

I could see that happening and I would go under quarantine if I had no choice. Quarantine is different then legal consequences like paying fines or going to jail. It's too bad that people are put in that situation though

Yep, here too.

well, I can't really say what I would do in the event of a Patriot Act-type mandate, if there were truly an outbreak of something like smallpox. It wouldn't be very realistic to think I could leave the country in that situation, there would probably be military enforcing a quarantine, and I certainly wouldn't want to be responsible for spreading a disease to a previously unaffected area.

in reality, if soldiers or other law enforcement-types showed up at my house with guns during a major bioterror attack of smallpox and said "vax or else" I'm thinking I'd go along with it, because I'm not that trusting of the government about what the "or else" would be. I'm not going to traumatize my kid even more, in that situation, she's going to end up vaxed anyways. I might try to falsify the vax, like with smallpox, I might try to make it look like we'd already had it (some type of mark on your arm, right?) If there were a choice, like MMR or quarantine, I'd comply with quarantine.

Even if they "cleaned them up"I don't think so. But I would do my research and go from there. And in case of the epidemic...I'll wait and see..."play it by ear" as they say.
