wool batting with lanolin?

I found a local source for wool batting and I'm so thrilled. It is coming from a fellow homeschooling Mom. She brought in a sample for me to look at, it is so soft, and beautiful. The batting had the lanolin in it and it felt so good to my (dry, rough) hands. My only concern is that the lanolin might stain the cotton knit doll skin. Does anyone know if I should be concerned about that?

No, don't think it's a concern. I have never had a problem with the lanolin staining the cotton fabric, at all.
