I had this last preg starting around 20 weeks. I suggest seeing a chiropractor who deals with pregnant women, if you can afford it. I wish I had done this much earlier last time around.

Welcome to my universe. I suffer from pelvic dysplasia so I have alot of pelvis pain. Its caused by the hormone relaxin causing the tendons and ligaments in your pelvis to stretch and relax. Normal for pregnancy just it usually starts in the 3rd trimester.
The bones in my pelvis tip and go out of place which is painful with activity.

I have alot less pain if I stay off my feet whenever I can, sleep with a pillow between my knees and don't sit in the car too much.
This is why I am off work already, I can't handle this pain while working.

HTH!

I get that too. Ouch is right!!! Chiro helps tremendously, and so does yoga. As you belly gets bigger, it pulls you more forward and can cause your sacral area to arch out, like a duck butt
Try to scoop your pelvis forward as much as you can. I find the more conscious I am of my posture, the better my pelvis and lower back feel. Also, I have found that wearing Earth shoes helps too. They have a recessed heel which reduces the arch in your back and that pelvic tilt. Check em out! I sometimes find great deals on ebay.
