I really wanted to go this year but didn't make it. And it would be so cool to go next year...with an new intact baby boy... but considering my due date is March 26, I don't think I'll be making this one, either! I just can't see either being on the brink of labor or out with a very new newborn in late March!

Wow! I really want to go to this. Could I bring my 8m old? He'd be 11m when the event starts. I can't leave behind a nursling. He'll be the youngest intactivist there.

My son was about that age last yr (8 mo) when we went together

Maybe you will go into labor at the March, and a big scene is made by the ambulance coming up. Then just as your running off to the hospital, you can yell "this one's going to stay intact!" Or you could just play it safe and not do that. lol

Carrie, you were there last year? I don't think we met did we? I was there with the 5 month old baby girl in the Ergo.

It's a powerful thing to stand at the Capitol building and present your opinion, to realize that we have the legal right to do this and that many others in this world don't.

It was so interesting to see how the message was recieved. The youth were really interested! The foreigners were shocked to learn that this happens to the majority of baby boys here (though that majority is dwindling!)

I was there last year too, (hi Puppyfluffer!) and I was hoping to go back this year. I really want to go to the dinner too, but we will be in Chile to finally see my husband's homeland. At least I will be in an intact country!

I'll be there! I'm going with my son (21 months now!) and a friend and her son and possibly 3 others. We are going only for one day (Saturday March 29th).

we will be driving from the Philadelphia, PA area early in the morning on the 29th of March and home later in the day. If anyone needs a ride and is in our area or on that route, we have one open seat.
