Or at least stop having such adorable babies - start having ugly ones instead.

I really felt at peace, and relaxed with this pregnancy buisness until you folks started having all of these yummy newborns.

Now I'm getting very very ansy.

All of you who are ready now....would you mind coming over and finishing my to do list so that I may be ready too!
My to do list is far from finished. I still want my baby NOW. Color me jealous too!

Am I the only one who's happy to wait? I mean, I LOVE hearing about the births and am riveted by them, and I'm curious as to how mine's gonna go, but I'm really not in any huge rush. Hmmm... don't know why.

My husband is sooo impatient & keeps asking me if I *really* think I'm going to make it to my EDD. Tonight he asked me AGAIN how much I weigh & what my belly measurements are. I just so happen to weigh 2 lbs more than when my last baby was born, & my belly is 1/2 inch bigger around. "SEE?" he says, "You're ready!!" Um, I am NOT going to get my hopes up, dear.

Nope, I am more than happy to wait as well. I am not feeling "ready" yet. I am sick with a cold and had a lot of abdominal cramping, which is how my first labor started and all I could think was "Not yet baby."
I am waiting for my mom to fly in on the 17th....so she can take care of Dd whil Dh and I are at the birthing center....otherwise I don't know what we would do with her. She really doesn't want to be at the birth.
Stay put baby...I have nesting yet to be done!!!

Nope, I am MORE than happy to wait. Not only am I not looking forward to the pain (this will be my first unmedicated birth,) but I also tend to think babies do best when born really close to their due dates and I still have 2 more weeks to go. 2 weeks is a long time in fetal development.

Plus, I love my family of three and my daughter is still such a baby and I think a small part of me is not quite ready to let that go.

I go from one extreme to the other...come out *now* and hey, why don't you just hang back and wait for awhile.

I need to have a working washer and dryer (just discovered that b/c dh moved the dryer it disconnected the vent hose and the dryer is now unoperational as well as the washer) and I want my mom to get here. She was coming today, but then works stuff came up so she was going to come tomorrow and now more work stuff (another lady must be out b/c of a sick family member) so she might come tonight and maybe not until tomorrow night. I don't want to labor w/o her. *sigh* But I keep telling baby there's more room out here than in there and we all kinds of nice snuggles and breast milk and warm clothes for him. He's in a good position right now too. :fingerscrossed and today (the 11th) was my predicted date.

Count me in the "happy to wait" crowd However "things" are changing. I actually cried to my husband last night that my body was gearing up for the birth, but GoshDarnIt, I am NOT ready! I am ok with the actual labor and birth. I just know that I am going to miss being pregnant.

However I am SUPER-EXCITED to be seeing all these happy healthy babies being born!!!

Me too...

My babies are always due in the middle of the month, and I am always overdue. So I am always one of the LAST one on my due date clubs to have a baby - and it sucks. It makes waiting so much harder!
Also, by the time i have my baby, everybody is so busy with their own little bundles that nobody even notices I had mine...

I'm definitely not ready but I WANT MY BABY TOO!

I just can't wait to see her face and her feet!

(but I really need to clean my house. darnit.)

My editor tells me I still need to wait at least another eight days until we've put out all the holiday editions. The nursury isn't finished yet (even though we're cosleeping and it doesn't really need to be finished for a few months.) And I haven't made my birth music mixes yet. And I'm still enjoying being pregnant. I'm okay with holding off for a couple more weeks until my due date--but hopefully not too long after that.

I'm ready now. Dd was born by now. The pain in my groin is unbearable and it feels like life is on hold until the babe is born. I can barely walk and I ordinarily thrive on excersize. I need something to happen and soon.

I'm feeling great during the day, its the night time that sucks big toes!! I can barely move I'm so sore. My ds1 was born right at 38 weeks which would be Saturday for me and ds2 was 9 days early which would be Wednesday which I'd take either day. I am CRAVING to sleep on my stomach....
