I am 40+2 today, and twice now, this kid has done something that I consider weird and pretty annoying. I'd like to know if it is common, or if this child is just being particularly difficult!
Once at 37+ weeks, and then again yesterday, she has really dropped. I mean, so low, I could barely walk and I thought she was going to fall out. She spends a couple of hours there, and then retreats back up into my abdomen! She is now extremely high, with her butt under my breasts. I can hardly breath and I can't bend at all - I need to sit up extremely straight because my whole torso is filled with baby butt.
Is it common for a baby to drop and then change his or her mind? I really thought that once a baby's head was engaged, it usually stayed that way!
