Has anyone used kava kava for anxiety? I have been having probs with anxiety lately and can't get in to see my doc until next week. I'm at a loss....I need to relax. I picked up a supplement called Happy Camper that has kava kava and passion flower (which I have heard is supposed to chill you out, too) but it doesn't seem to be working. Hmph. Any suggestions...personal experiences???
