Another arnica question --- what dose are the tablets you take?

I have some Arnica for kids, I think each tiny tablet is 30x, whatever that means. For those of you who use arnica:

1. How much do you take? (what's the dose?)

2. How often?

3. Is it possible to take too much?

I'm mostly interested in this for after baby comes, for postpartum pains. thanks in advance!

Mine are 30c. I think you take one every hour for a couple of days post birth, but I'm not sure about that. My midwife will remind me once the baby is here.

: what she said! I will also give some to the baby if it is bruised. Probably just use the gel/oil, but if warranted, I would tuck a pellet in the baby's cheek.

AFAIK, there's no way to OD on homeopathics. I haven't studied homeopathy much, but what I understand from my mw and others who have studied is that the remedy will either work or it won't, but it won't cause negative side effects. But I dunno.
