I'm late

I don't think I'm pregnant but it has crossed my mind. I had trouble conceiving both times, its hard to think I could get pregnant on accident.

I just keep waiting. I'm only 3-5 days late. It could be anything right? This isn't the most convenient time for me to get pregnant. Dh really doesn't want another right now.

I've not even mentioned it to him. He might have an inkling that I'm late but he's really sick right now so its probably not on his mind.

I've not tested because I don't want to waste a test.

You're right it could be anything, have you been stressed lately? I know stress really throws me off track badly. But, 3-5 days late could still show up + on a test, you may not be wasting one. It sounds like you may be thinking you are pg and worried about your DH's reaction? I wish you the best and hope that whatever answer you're looking for finds you

Have you been sick, stressed, not sleeping, not getting proper nutrition? It sounds like 3-5 days isn't a big deal for you to be late. Last year I was late in December and I am (well at that point) NEVER late. Since I had a 7 month old that wasn't cool but it turned out it was just the holiday hustle bustle and traveling.

No, I've not been eating or sleeping well. My diet has gone down the drain.

I didn't think diet, unless it was severe, could affect your cycles though.

I think the diet & sleep part has thrown you off. I started dieting to regulate my cycles, and was amazed at the effect it had on my body. So I do think that it's stress on your body. Hope it all works out mama, please keep me posted
