Cute conversation with my daughter

My daughter was playing with her baby doll this evening and giving it a bottle. She was cradling it and loving it, holding it very close and singing to it. I said, "doesn't she want neenee milk?" (that's what we call it)

She said, "this is neenee milk."

I asked, "oh, is there neenee milk in the bottle?"

She said, "yes, I pumped."

Oh gorgeous!! My daughter says the same, she was born with a cleft lip so she often tells me that she's pumped some milk for her baby, "she's got a cleft lip so i have to pump for her"

My best friend and I went shopping a while back and she got ready to get in the car and said "we need to take baby with us". I'm like what baby. Her daughter (8) had insisted we take her baby every where we went that day. She had packed a diaper bag with toys, clothes, diapers, a snack and a bottle of breast milk.

It was a hoot...2 adults with a doll infant carrier in the back of my 18 month olds stroller. But we took her everywhere with us that day. Even buckeled her in the van.
