Baby acne...what do you do about it?

Piper has some serious baby acne, covering her cheeks, some on her forehead, top of her head, ears, neck. Poor baby. What can I do about it? I read something about colloidal silver. I think I have some around here. Do you just put it on straight? Any other ideas?

have you tried warm water, then cool water, and then breast milk and let it dry?

Cool water is not nice but when you need baby wake up to eat it is helpful anyway.

Libby has a little but it gets better when I do the above, I need to do it at least once a day I am thinking.

Blessings,
Kimmy

Hadn't thought of breastmilk. She'd have to be covered in it though. She's got it so bad. Maybe I"ll try it on her cheeks at least.

I have heard very good things about PhysiObebe from Mustela--I am going to get some next week because we are battling the same thing and I've noticed that she gets much better right after a bath in Mustela wash.

Okay, ordered some Mustela physiobebe from drugstore.com. I was hoping Target or Baby Depot would sell it, but they don't. Checked them both this morning. I also wiped some colloidal silver all over her skin this morning. She looks so terrible.

Publix here actually carries Mustela believe it or not.

Just a thought, Jaden has what I thought was acne, but it was actually mild excema. I use Aquafor after his bath, and it is getting much better. Good luck.
