shortly before i got out of bed this morning, i just could NOT get comfortable. and then i realized its because i was so crampy! i've got those AF type cramps, feeling it in my butt and thighs. I'd love to think this means something is happening! But my house is a mess, GAH!

I have felt that crampy feeling off and on since yesterday. I have had some mucus today but no bloody show and so don't know that it means much.

Me too me too!
Down my back and thighs and very low on my abdomen.
I don't remember it being this bad with my DD, maybe it's just selective memory! Or maybe I was just excited to have something happen with her.
I haven't had any mucus or change in discarge at all yet though.
I just keep thinking, hey the more that goes on now, the less that has to go when labor really starts!

I was getting online to post about this!
I am having serious, menstrual type cramps and the baby isn't moving as much. Should I be worried??? I just don't know how much movement would be considered too little. I kept rubbing, patting, talking to him, ate, had some caffiene, etc. to see if I could get him moving. He moved a little, briefly, but other than that all I feel is a lot of pressure on my uterus. Maybe he's stretching? A friend recently lost her baby at 40 weeks and that has left me super paranoid. I don't want to be a worrier, but selective memory seems to have left me with no recollection of what "normal" is.

Add me to this group. Big time. And dh and I DTD earlier today and since then, wow. But even before that. Mine are all around low--not just in lower abdomen like AF is normally for me but around through my tail bone and huge pressure down through rectum and vagina. Not exactly pleasant, but keep telling myself maybe something's happening?? Probably not. But just maybe. Even if they're just doing something.

Oh, and meant to add to lonestarmommy: in my experience, baby doesn't move as much during BH and these hard cramps. Mine doesn't at least. So maybe that helps ease your mind?? Sending

Thanks! Mine have been easing up a bit. I'm sure it won't take too much convincing DH to DTD tonight and we can see if that does anything. Dug out the RRtea and added pineapple to the grocery list!
