Have you checked the WAHM well or Trading Post here? My friend employs a web designer but he's based out of Romania - he's great at what he does although he's quite pricey.

My friend runs this site. I've watched her work throughout the years and I've remained in awe. However, I like to mess with my own blog design so I don't know how much they cost.

My brother designed my blog, and my mothers website. He just got laid off, so I know he's available. Since he did mine for free, I don't know what he charges. I do some webdesigning work. PM me with what you have in mind and I'll let you know what I can do for you. Its a hobby for me... not a living, so we can probably work out something REALLY reasonable.

Yes, in fact, a graphic artist here in Costa Rica. She's French, very talented, and her rates are better than what you might find in the U.S. She designed our coffee label, and will probably design our Web page when we are ready to take that step. republicagrafik@yahoo.com. My friend is great!

I have a friend who's a web designer and she rocks! Here's her site http://www.idesignstudios.com/ . I plan on having her redesign my blog as soon as it makes enough $ to pay for itself.
