is cramping in lower abdomin part of lochia PP? i'm now almost 3 wx PP andi have been experiencing some mild cramping around my ceserean scar/top of my pubic bone area and what i guess are clots are about the size of a quarter...bleeding is heavier today too...not soaking pads but definitely heavier. kind of feels like period cramping but i know it isn't my period.
i am wondering if the infection in my body (my platelets were elevated in my recent CBC) is in my uterus or something...i'm getting a little concerned. i AM on augmentin but still....i worry.

i am wondering also about my urethra. the opening seems larger than normal and hurts...its hurt at least a week...like an uncomfortable pressure. and it seems swollen, the whole area around it...how big should this opening be? i'm wondering if THIS is where my infection is........hmmm. i did have a catheter put in when i had the epidural.
