I got up to get the adgenda from the front table with 16mo old dd under my shirt in the cradle hold (sort of, she's long). I think there were some but that's it .


Awhile back, one lady there, after finding out dd was almost six months (and that I brought her because she nursed a lot), said "well, at six months she could have a bottle then" then I said "we don't do bottles :". She turned away .

"Why would she need a bottle when the tap works just fine...and is way cuter than a bottle!" Usually stop them in their tracks!

I am sorry that nono smilie is the cutest thing I have seen here!

I've never had the time to go through the list but I definitely will now.

Good for you for proudly nursing in public, and at the HOA meeting! Awesome. I can't wait until I can do it again! Nurse in public, that is. I've never been to a HOA meeting.

Back in my ambulance company board of directors days, part of why we started tape recording the meetings was because I couldn't take notes while both running the meeting and nursing DD.

Actually, we'd made the switch when I took over doing the Minutes, but it sure helped when she was making me sick and then after she arrived.

Only got the occasional surprised reaction, facial expression-never a comment, from a guest.
