My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I don't know the books. But maybe if you look at the reviews on amazon.com they'll reveal the pros and cons of each?

I borrowed both the mood cure and the diet cure from the library, read them, and bought them. I think they both have good info and can go hand in hand. I have yet to do them, holidays got in the way...but am planning on trying it out after the new year. I have discovered that I cannot be vegetarian and sane...gl!
