My dh and I were driving for 2 hours yesterday and for the ENTIRE car ride, I had contractions (uncomfortable) about 5-8 minutes apart. This happened again on the trip home for nearly two hours. Once again today I'm getting rhythmic contractions. From what I keep reading, Braxton Hicks contractions are not supposed to be rhythmic. They stop when I get up and walk around but start up again when I sit. I didn't experience this with my last pregnancy. Anyone have similar experiences?

: I had this a lot with ds2- off and on contractions for a good week and a half or so. Very frustrating. I'm just so thrilled that I get to do it again

Seems to be just a part of the preparations.
