Kaleb Rider Wendall <insertlastnamehere> made a fast and furious entrance into this world at 3:17am. I was woken up at midnight with contractions and I'm pretty sure I hit transition at 2am and was demanding we go to the hospital for an epidural. My doula arrived here at 2:30am right as I was getting to the car. My midwife would have never made it. Got to the hospital at 10 til 3am spent most of the time doing registration and demanding no one touch me. I pushed for less than 10 minutes, no time for an epi or any drugs and I got my VBAC! He's a beautiful 8lbs 12oz and 20.5 inches long. We left the hospital AMA at 10am and came home to my midwife who told me we made the right decision. We're all in love!
