You can definitely chart PP. Get yourself a BBT thermometer B+D makes a good one, but any basal thermometer will do. Since you haven't gotten your AF though, the temps might not tell you much, you can start by charting your cervical mucus. A lot of people use fertility friend online to chart but if your just starting I think its better to start with paper and pencil, I would write down in detail what you CM is like everyday. And safe days (if TTA) would be when you've been dry for a while, or if you've had fertile type mucus, just wait for 4 days of drying up before DTD.

I'm getting going with the same thing. My baby is now 11 months old and I'm starting to chart my fertility because I think I may have ovulated but with no period, I can't really tell. I've been keeping track of cervical fluid. I also started taking basal temps, kind of to establish a baseline and to get the practice. Its kind hard to do when cosleeping and unpredictable sleeping patterns...

Are you TTCing? Or trying FAM for BC?

Me too--11 month-old baby--I've been temping and keeping an eye on CF, but it's hard to be consistent.

AF just returned, though, so maybe that'll be motivation to really get started. We're using condoms until we get it all figured out and feel secure in FAM.
