You should do kegels every day!!
Peacelovinmomma, muscle cramps are usually potassium or calcium deficiencies. If you're already taing a good prenantal vitamin (I got mine from the health food store and its called Baby & Me. My midwife says its the best stuff ....). If you're taking that and still getting cramps then look for a supplement called Bone Up made by a company called Jarrow. Its Calcium and Magnesium. Also, if you're craving a lot of sweet things, its a calcium deficiency. I highly recommend getting some.
