I'm still eyeballing the new Chevy Tahoe Hybrid. I need to do some more research on it, and all the jazz that goes along, but if it's gets good gas mileage and doesn't use up so much gas, I'd say it's a strong contender since I like an SUV as much as a minivan.

Edited to add that the Vortec V8 Engine for the Hybrid is listed at 21 roadway / 22 highway for gas mileage. Definitely seems comparable IMHO.

those prius pics are inspiring. we have a civic hybrid and are due w/ our 3rd in july. right now we have britax seats, so i know we are going to have to get smaller carseats. i have seen a car just like mine in my city with 3 carseats across the back-the same setup i will need, 1 rearfacing, 1 ff convertable, and one high back booster, with the booster being in the middle.

i totally love my car and can't imagine giving it up.
