Help! I froze my milk

I just got gallon of raw milk yesterday and in my zeal to keep it at it's optimum taste I turned the temp down too low in the fridge. It didn't freeze solid, of course, but it did get pretty slushy. I've read that raw milk doesn't freeze very well, but do you think it will still be okay? I could probably just make yogurt with it if you think it will be iffy.

I have no choice right now but to buy 15 gallons at a time and freeze most of it. I think it freezes just fine. The fat will clump up a little and look like little bits of butter floating on top of your glass of milk but it works for us. I see no reason why it can't be used to make whatever you want to make with it.

It might affect the texture, but it won't affect any of hte benefits of the raw milk. It will probabyl work great in smoothies!
