A sweet, amazing, gorgeous.......
BOY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG you guys, it was AMAZING. I am high. After 3 hospital births, this UC at home with no one at all around was just amazing beyond belief. My dream boy husband caught his son.
: We made our baby together, and we delivered our baby together.
:
I will of course come back & happily post pictures of my sweet boy
, and tell my whole birth story. Here are the highlights:
By 3:30am today I knew it was labor. At 6:45am today, December 19th, I pushed our baby out. A BOY!!
Draeksley Michael (pronounced like "drakes-lee").
Are you ready for this? I still haven't picked my jaw up off the floor yet:
TEN POUNDS SIX OUNCES.
22 inches long
My last 2 boys were both 8lbs 13oz. AND. I didn't tear in the slightest. It never even stung when I peed or washed up with soap. I am boggled. How the heck did I DO that??
I birthed in our bathroom, in the dark of night, to candle light, just as I'd envisioned my birth all these many months. My 16 yr dd, 9 yr old ds, and 24 mo old ds were all there & were all awesome. I was loud, I ROARED that baby out.
Unfortunately, I did hemorrhage a bit afterwards. Just as I was fearing that we had no alternative but to go to the ER, it began subsiding. I lost a lot of blood for a few hours though. I was faint & it was scary. Now I'm very weak & a bit spacey, but feeling MUCH better & bleeding like normal. My mom got here a few hours after the birth & has been feeding me ever since.
Draeksley is perfect. And I am madly in love with my husband. And my family is the greatest thing in the world.
