ok people, I've been purchasing the nutritional yeast in bulk form from the supermarket. I've discovered that the Red Star brand is better.

Where can I find it in Toronto, Ontario, Canada or at least from a Canadian online store?

Help!!

Oh, sorry, I should have explained. I was probably nak.

They're based in BC and distribute natural/organic foods to the markets. I don't know if they deliver all the way out to Ontario or not (I'm in Alberta). I just know they have Red Star in their catalogue.

That's all I know that might help you!

You have a Whole Foods in Toronto at Hazelton Lanes in Yorkville. It's just down the street from my parents so I'm always there when I visit them.

You could join a buying club. Check out the Ontario Natural Foods co-op, get a group of friends together and get all your whole foods needs cheaper. My brother works for the co-op and they supply Whole Foods with a lot of their stuff. www.onfc.ca

Your local health food store and your local Loblaws should be stocking Bob's Red Mill stuff which has a B12 fortified nutritional yeast. All the HFS and Loblaws where I am (ottawa area) carry it. I think whether it's Red star or Bob's the most important is to get a yeast which is B12 fortified. Both of those are. many times the nutritional yeast in bulk at HFS isn't fortified.
