I am un-domestic and hoping someone here knows more than I do...
Rain washed a shirt she really likes today, and it came out of the washer with some light orangey-red stains on it. It's a white, 100% cotton shirt with a black design silkscreened onto it. And, again, she really, really likes it.
She washed it in cold, but with a red shirt. She thinks the red shirt doesn't bleed, because she's washed it before and it never has. We're also never had rust stains on shirts, at least that I've noticed, so who knows?
The shirt is pretty much irreplaceable.
Any ideas on how we can get the stains off? The shirt has been washed in cold but not dried in any way, except it's been air-drying now...
TIA,
Dar
