Wow! Most days I get around 2000-2500 calories and at least 100 grams of fat if not more in three meals and two or three snacks a day. I am 124 lbs and staying steady. If I drop below 100 grams of fat a day, I don't feel full and end up eating a LOT at dinner and then snacking after dinner.
I've found it's critical to eat protein with fat. If I just eat carbs and fat, I feel nauseated.
