I, too, have gotten rid of all non-stick bakeware, even if parchment or muffin liner paper would be the only thing touching the food. My worry is of fumes from the non-stick chemicals.
I picked up a set of stainless, 6-muffin cup pans from my local Kitchen Collection store/outlet. They are made by Hamilton Beach and I think I paid 9.99 each. They are so worth it! I have just searched their site and they don't seem to be there anymore... I hope they didn't discontinue them.
Anyway, maybe you could try this as an alternative:

It's a little pricey and I cannot speak to the quality, but this company makes a stainless square cake pan I have had my eye on for a long time. Maybe santa will leave it under my tree this year?

Also,
http://www.cornerkitchenpeddler.com/ offers a lot of stainless bakeware with descriptions for each. Some prices more reasonable than others. You may want to check them out. I have never ordered from them before, though, so I can't speak to their reputation as an online retailer.
